Normal service call charge is $35.   This includes the trip charge, the safety inspection, and the estimate of repairs.  The safety inspection checks the operator, door balance, rollers, cables, drums, tension setting, brackets, hinges, springs, pulleys, gears, and safety sensors.  The service call does not include parts or labor, which are additional if work is authorized.
